Who am I
I am a Product Designer focused on understanding complex problems and turning them into solutions that work in practice.
Throughout my career, I have worked on products that required balancing business constraints, technical limitations, and real user needs, often with incomplete data and little time to decide.
At MRV, I worked on the evolution of the commercial platform that surpassed R$1 billion in digital sales, with direct improvements in conversion and operational efficiency. At Bamaq, I helped transform a traditional service into a digital product, reducing operational costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
My role as a designer goes beyond the interface.
I work closely with decisions, helping teams better understand problems, prioritize what matters, and move forward even when not all answers are available.
