I am recognized for my ability to translate complexity and make decisions even in scenarios of pressure and uncertainty. I value active listening and alignment between areas so that design goes beyond being an interface and starts to support product decisions.

My journey
As a child, I loved to draw and was always curious about how things worked. In my teenage years, upon gaining access to a computer, I discovered new possibilities and Design & Web in 2009, something that seemed to unite everything I loved.
After frustrating attempts in public college, I started the technical course in Visual Communication at SENAI (2010), where I had direct contact with the market through editorial projects, agencies, and on and off campaigns. With my work, I was able to enroll in the Design undergraduate program at UniBH in 2014, broadening my view beyond graphics and acting versatilely in marketing, social, data analysis, motion, internal marketing, landing pages, websites, and EAD platforms.
The turning point came in 2018, when I started to work more closely with the business. At Kanechom, I began to integrate research into product development. At Bamaq, I materialized the Bamaq Consortium app, transforming a complex service into a simple and motivating journey, increasing conversion, satisfaction, and influencing market practices.
At MRV, for five years, I led the evolution of the digital journey for real estate purchases, expanding the share of the Commercial Platform from 70% to 97% of sales and contributing for the digital to surpass R$1 billion in revenue.
